Cast your votes in the Replay Gamer 2014 awards before Midnight on new years eve and you could get your hands on free tickets to Play Blackpool, cool PC games or some Sonic the Hedgehog socks!!

Categories include Best Game, Best Film, Best Album and more. If you need a reminder of some of the games released in 2014 then check out YouTuber Malcolm Klock‘s video reminder and then fill out the form below.

Everyone who submits their votes by the new years eve deadline will be in with a chance of winning 2 tickets to Play Blackpool on 4th May 2014 and a bundle of PC game download codes .

5 winners will be chosen at random. Prizes are as follows:

• 2 tickets to Play Blackpool (1 prize available)
• 2 pairs of sonic the hedgehog socks (2 prizes available)
• A bundle of download codes for PC games (2 prizes available)

Entries close at midnight on 31st December 2014 and award winners will be announced from Monday 5th January 2015.
